The outputs from TraderUI should not be considered to be recommendations, endorsements, offers, solicitations, or invitations to buy, sell, or hold any security, asset, or financial instrument, or to engage in any investment strategy. You alone are responsible for making decisions as a result of anything that you discover using TraderUI. Investing, financial markets trading, and gambling using prediction markets are all inherently risky activities and involve the possibility of losing some or all of the money that you invest, trade or wager. If you are not comfortable making decisions which could result in significant financial loss then you should not participate in the aforementioned activities.

TraderUI has not sought to achieve regulatory approval for any of the services which it provides (the “Services”). Consequently, no regulatory protection or compensation is available to any users in any jurisdiction.

Prediction markets are prohibited in certain jurisdictions, with geographic restrictions ranging from a complete access block to limitation of functionality. Outputs from certain elements of the Services may refer to prediction markets. Section 1. above and Section 3. of the Terms also apply to prediction markets. Any reference to prediction markets should not be considered advice or any form of encouragement to access prediction markets. In addition, LAB4 Ltd take no responsibility for users who choose to access prediction market providers in violation of restrictions in their jurisdiction.
